It is recommended to download the App before the Congress. Several sessions of the Congress will have Q&A organized using the Congress App. You will need to click the ‘Ask the Speaker’ button in the relevant session in the App. The moderator of the session will provide more guidelines on the process.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN DEVICES AT THE CONGRESS
Make sure you bring your own headphones for comfort, and we strongly suggest bringing a portable battery or power bank. This way, you can ensure your device is charged up and ready to capture valuable insights, participate in digital polls, network with colleagues, and much more.

INTERPRETATION
As part of commitment to supporting nurses across the world, we have arranged for simultaneous translation (English, French and Spanish) of Plenary, Main, and Regional sessions.
Several Congress sessions will offer simultaneous interpretation in English, French and Spanish.

• Enter the event token (in the room) and click «connect»
• Select the language access options available for your event, audio and/or captions, will appear
• Click on the headphone icon to select your preferred audio language
• When the session is finished, click the exit button on the top left corner to leave the session.

E-Poster Discussion Sessions
E-Poster Discussions will take place daily during lunch breaks at designated E-Poster stations in the Exhibition Area. Please refer to the scientific programme for more details.

E-Poster Viewing abstracts will be shown at E-Poster stations and on the Congress app during the Congress.

The Welcome Reception will take place in the Exhibition Area immediately following the Opening Ceremony.
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS
By attending the ICN Congress, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to 36 hours of continuing education credits recognized by both the ICN International Continuing Education Credits (ICNEC) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. This accreditation demonstrates the Congress's commitment to providing a high-quality educational experience that meets rigorous standards for nursing professional development.
These CE Credits are only available for sessions attended during the event that are eligible. These are clearly indicated on the Scientific Program. You will receive a letter within one week after the Congress with the link to claim the credits. A short survey will need to be completed to demonstrate key learnings as well as provide suggestions on future improvements to Congress.
